When picking up the vehicle, you will need the following documents:

When picking up the vehicle, the main driver will leave a refundable security deposit by credit card, in the amount of 1000 €. Cash payments, debit cards and checks are not accepted for the security deposit. The staff on site will confirm the amount of the security deposit according to the category of the vehicle.
If the body of the car is damaged, you are covered by partial collision coverage. This means that the maximum you will pay for repairs is the damage deductible (12000 Dhs).
Partial Collision Coverage is only valid if you comply with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. It does not cover other parts of the vehicle (broken glass, wheels, interior, roof or chassis), loads (for example in the event of towing or immobilization costs), or anything in the car ( e.g.: child seats, GPS, your belongings).
The vehicles at Mondial Auto Location run on Super Unleaded or Diesel, make sure you have the fuel to put in the vehicle depending on the engine.
The vehicles are delivered with a minimum of fuel allowing them to go to the nearest petrol station. Please note that no refund can be made on the basis of fuel paid by the customer and remaining in the tank. As Mondial Auto Location does not benefit from this fuel, it will be the next customer who “benefits” from it!
The kilometers are unlimited on this rental.
